Christmas Delivery

For delivery in time for Christmas please be sure to place you order by Thursday 19th December. 

Orders are despatched from Bendigo via Australia Post, Express Post Network - check the Aust Post website directly for information regarding Christmas delivery to remote locations within Australia.

Turn Around Time

Products purchased directly from our online store will be personalised (if applicable) and be packaged ready for dispatch within 2 working days of order. Custom made products will generally be ready for dispatch within 5 working days, however this will depend on availability of materials. A definite turn around time will be given once your order is finalised.  If for some reason your items can not be dispatched within that time frame, a member of our team will contact you immediately to discuss the delay and make sure it will still meet your time requirements.

Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the state and region that your parcel is being delivered to.  We use Australia Post EXPRESS for all postage within Australia.

EXPRESS (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS): $15.50 (AUD)

Express delivery times are usually 1-2 business days from time of order.
**Whilst most express orders are received within 1-2 days, please allow up to 4 business days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address.

Express Post will be delivered the next day within the Express Post Network (please check to make sure you are within this network before opting for Express post)

You will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking code once your parcel is on its way.
