Turn Around Time

Providing your ordered item is in stock, products purchased from our online store will be packaged ready for dispatch within 3 working days of the order. We ship orders Monday though to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Custom made products from the bindery will generally be ready for dispatch within 5-7 working days, however this will depend on availability of materials.  If your items can not be dispatched within that time frame, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the delay and make sure that it will still meet your time requirements.

BINDERY CHRISTMAS CLOSURE 2024:

The bindery will close over the Holiday Season from Monday 23rd December until January 15th, 2025.  The cut-off date for customised & handcrafted albums, guest books and journals is Monday, 16th December.  

Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the state and region that your parcel is being delivered to.  We use Australia Post EXPRESS for all postage within Australia.

CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES 2024

To allow for pre-Christmas delivery of our stationery products please ensure your order is submitted online by December 19th (excl. WA & NT). WA customers please order by the 17th December, NT customers please order by the 15th December.

EXPRESS (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS): $14.95 (AUD)

Express delivery times are usually 1-2 business days from time of dispatch. (Please check the turn around time for your product as described above and allow for this PLUS the delivery time)
**Whilst most express orders are received within 1-2 days of dispatch, please allow up to 4 business days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address.

Express Post will be delivered the next day within the Express Post Network (please check to make sure you are within this network before opting for Express post)

You will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking code once your parcel is on its way.
